The New Coast kitchen is headed up by our Head Chef, Martin Baylis who has years of experience at the top end of professional kitchens. We also have a team of professional chefs that we work closely with throughout the year and who have a passion for food and events.
The approach we have mastered over the years is to understand what you love most about food and work out a menu and itinerary that brings out the best of both our experience and your favourite flavours. Our goal is to couple delicious flavours with seamless service to create an event to remember.
When we are booked by a client we can offer every aspect of the event catering, from thoughtful planning, tailored menus, equipment, cutlery and crockery hire. We leave nothing to chance and won’t hit our clients with any hidden extra charges.
